Flat Insulating Tape for Twin-Wall Polycarbonate, 10 m

Every polycarbonate sheet with aluminum has open channels on both sides, 2.1 m wide. To protect the cells from contamination, two types of tapes are used. For twin-wall polycarbonate roofing, the flat insulating tape (the subject of this action) is applied to the top edge of the sheet, while the vapor-permeable tape is used on the bottom edge (the vapor-permeable tape can be found in another action). Then, a front profile is mounted on both edges.

The flat insulating tape prevents the accumulation of moisture and dust inside the cells, which can lead to the growth of mold and contamination. Closing the cells protects them from insects, dust, and other impurities.

The flat tape for twin-wall polycarbonate has a water-repellent adhesive layer along its entire width, which protects the cells from water infiltration and algae growth.
