Conditions and information on transport

In most cases, we provide transport with our own trucks. For greenhouses and other heavy goods from our assortment, you cannot use regular carriers. Thanks to our own transport we have the entire process from order to delivery in our hands. This way, you can be sure that your shipment will arrive undamaged by improper handling.

We deliver our goods throughout the EU. Delivery within the Czech Republic is free for orders over CZK 8,000.

If this is not the case, we calculate the price of transport individually according to the distance and other factors. We ship the goods only after agreeing the shipping price. The shipping price includes delivery to the address, but no longer includes the return to the stairs, placement in the garden and other additional work.

Due to our own transport, please note that we have a limited capacity to deliver orders. Especially in the spring season, our cars tend to be busy. The delivery time may therefore be extended.

We deliver the greenhouses disassembled, including assembly instructions. Polycarbonate is not delivered in rolls, but in sheets on top of each other. Therefore, assistance is required when unloading goods.

On delivery, we will contact you in advance with the exact date and time of delivery. On the day of delivery, it is not possible to change the delivery time in relation to other orders.
 

Private collection of goods

You can also pick up the goods in our warehouse, or in the warehouse of one of our partners. In this case, please contact us at least 2 to 3 hours in advance.

Please note that the goods must be picked up with a larger vehicle or trailer. In most cases (unless you are only ordering accessories) a passenger car alone will not be enough. We also recommend that you carry lashing rope, straps, adhesive tape, rag cardboard and similar items to secure the goods during transport.

Payment Terms

You can pay for the goods in one of the following ways:

COD
Cash on delivery includes the payment of the goods, including the costs of their delivery and the fee for processing the cash on delivery payment.

By bank transfer
You can pay for the goods, including the cost of their delivery, by bank transfer to our bank account.

Online payment card
Payment of the goods, including the costs of their delivery, takes place by credit card online via a secure payment gateway within the online store. If you pay by card online, at the end of the order you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you will enter the number, validity and verification code of the payment card.
