The personal data protection policy is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data administrator

The administrator of personal data is UNA ACTIVE GROUP Ltd, with registered office at Krupská 30/26, 415 01 Teplice, Czech Repubic, registered in the commercial register at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem on June 2, 2016, section C, insert 37642 (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator ").

The administrator did not appoint a personal data protection officer.

The administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.

The administrator processes the following personal data: first name, last name, e-mail, phone.

Sources and purpose of processing

The administrator obtains personal data directly from data subjects (customers), through the order and contact form. Personal data is processed for the purpose of communicating with customers, processing orders, and only after consent has been granted.

Recipients of personal data

The administrator does not transfer personal data to any third parties. The exception is processors who perform tasks for the Administrator and have concluded a Personal Data Processing Agreement with him.

The processors are:

• natural persons doing business according to the Trade Act dealing with IT solutions (programmers)
• server administrator
   

 
Security

The administrator considers the protection of personal data to be a priority. Personal data is protected to the maximum extent possible using technical and organizational measures. Access to all databases is limited and only authorized persons are allowed. These persons are also bound by the duty of confidentiality and protection of confidential information.
